In order to add safety to the shipment squared boxes are inserted around the guitar to sustain more than 100 kgs if beaten. All guitar strings are removed to avoid warping and electrics travel separated neck from body to make travel faster in smaller package.ReturnsReturns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described. For example A Hiroshi Tamura P45 is sold and arrives an Alvarez or Yamaha or Hiroshi Tamura P35 other than P45. Or a classical is bought and an electric arrives.No excuses like "it is smaller than i thought", "it does not suit my style of playing" or "the sound is not as rich as my USD$12,000.00 guitar".
