This is basically an open box with plastic still on the pick-guard. There's some minor oxidation on the case chrome snaps but that's how I got it a couple months ago and personally wasn't a concern for myself. I over extended myself and need to sell. Wonderful sounding guitar made of Sapelle wood (not laminate). Sounds similar to the Mohagany models costing 3x more and I prefer this to the spruce tops too. Has the warm Martin sound and feel. It's setup perfectly with just the right amount of action (string height).
