8 lug, factory complete LA Camco COB snare drum. Gorgeous! Super clean! Very little pitting. What a sensational sounding drum! Absolutely suitable for current playing applications. I've found this wonderful piece of history to be quite expressive. The drum works well in loud and soft settings. You can get a range of different kinds of sounds out of the drum and it's a pleasure to play for snare drum focused rhythms such as second line and Latin effects. It's tunable across a wide range. With the exception of the washers (a mix of "chubby" and generic) all parts appear to be original and work well. Original strainer is intact and in place. Visible in the picture is a small dent in the snare gate opening of the bottom hoop. It will definitely come out with some gentle rubber mallet work. Please ask all questions before bidding. I've never had negative feedback and I find that comes from having great communication with my buyers.
