| Up for sale, a brand new in an unopened box HD Boxed Asset . Inside the box is a brand new iLok2 and an Authorization card. When activated into your Avid account, the Avid servers will send to your ilok account a "Perpetual HD Asset" -and- a 12 month "HD Support Plan".
The "HD Suport Plan" gives you 12 months of free upgrades. So any new version of Pro Tools that comes out is yours, permanently, for free as long as your support plan is active.
What is new as of HD 12.6:
***Avid is no longer bundling HD10/11/12 for new owners of HD.*** You will receive a new, permanent license for HD 12.6 and access to any upgrades for the next 12 months vis the included support plan.
You will NOT have access to your Digilink ports on your HD Native or HDX card. The only way to "unlock" those digilink ports for free is to purchase an Avid I/O (HD I/O, Omni I/O or Madi I/O) which are now shipping with the Digilink I/O unlock authorization cards inside the box.

If you own an HDX card or HD Native Card and purchase a new, boxed HD License (such as this one) and are not planning on purchasing a brand new Avid Interface, you will need to pay Avid (through your Avid Master Account) a one time $299 fee to acquire the Digilink unlock asset.
This will mainly apply to end users utilizing 3rd party hardware such as Apogee Symphony, Lynx Aurora, Burl, Focusrite Red series, etc that connect to Protools via Digilink.
You will still be able to utilize thunderbolt, USB, Firewire connected interfaces the same way you always have, it is just the digilink ports of HDX, HD Native cards that are affected.Please email me directly if you have any questions before purchasing. This is a new policy and procedure from Avid that started a couple weeks ago with the release of Pro Tools 12.6.
Again, as everyone always ask me if I am "sure", yes it is a full version of HD! yes it is in a factory fresh, unopened box (see the picture), yes this is 100% legit. No it is not an upgrade. it is a full version.And no, i will not take returns on software. Once you open and register the activation code inside, you own it and there is nothing i can do to un-ring that bell.So please, if you need full HD version of Pro Tools, this is your piece. If you are not sure that is what you need, please understand this is a piece of software.On the other hand, I am 100% happy to offer phone support as far as registering the product if you need help.
