I purchased this Gretsch 6118 Anniversary Edition 1883-1993 in 1996. It was issued in 1993 and I was told there were only 5,000 of this model issued. It has an amazing vintage sound. Cadillac green in appearance, it resembles its 1958 counterpart. Comes with a tour case, that is in considerable used condition, but the guitar is pristine, minus some very minor wear on the pick guard. Looks just like the pictures.
