Up for sale, a Fender '63 Tube Reverb Unit in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. This is one of the rarest versions of Fender's '63 Reverb Unit, with rough blonde tolex, leather handle, and oxblood grillcloth, a set of cosmetic features originally seen between 1961-63 in the Pre-CBS era. This particular Reverb Unit has been discontinued, and comes complete with the original vinyl cover.The USA made, all tube design delivers lush and detailed spring reverb, powered by a single 6V6 with a pair of 12AX7s in the preamp. With controls for Dwell, Mix and Tone, it's easy to dial in the perfect amount of splash and sparkle, and this classic Fender effect simply goes in line between your guitar and amp! Cosmetically, this unit is extremely clean, with original rough blonde tolex, "Brownface" faceplate and barrel knobs. The chrome serial number plate on the back of the unit is in great shape as well and boasts of the units construction in Fender's Corona, CA factory.
