The John Petrucci Majesty 6 from Music Man is a shredder's dream. The Mahongany neck-through design produces excellent sustain and resonance while providing excellent stability. The Basswood body wings are aggressively shaped while retaining a familiar look. The DiMarzio Illuminator pickups are wired to a custom switching system that allows for near endless tone sculpting possibilities. The tremolo bridge features Piezo pickups for blending acoustic sounds with your electric signal. A three way switch on the treble bout allows for switching between the magnetic and piezo pickups. The Volume control features a Push-Push volume boost to ensure you cut through any mix.
