Description
Exact Year: 1967 Type: Acoustic

1967 Guild F47 "Bluegrass" Acoustic and original case Spruce Top Mahogany back and sides Body 16"x 20"x 4 7/8" 3 piece mahogany Neck Bound Rosewood fingerboard Rosewood bridge Eight pearloid blocks in fingerboard New Kluson  "waffle back" tuners Chesterfield headstock inlay 25 1/2" scale New custom made Nut Original 5 latch Harp-Tone violet velvet case (try finding one like this in great condition) Had a Very sturdy hardly noticeable Neck repair when I got it, so I took it to one of the best Luthiers in Southern California to have the Neck properly set and add a set of the (closest to original) tuners I could find added. I spared no expense making this one "right", believe me Honestly  THE BEST fingerpicking Guitar I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot of them, it is simply superb, when played through a microphone it sounds like early Recordings of Dylan acoustic pieces, truly remarkable. If you are a live Player, you will not find a finer Acoustic. Guaranteed to please, about the only thing I can say is that you simply cannot buy a new Guitar that will match the tone, feel and vibe of this one, it's ready to play, record with and love Thought they would bury me with this guild but I've found the 50's  000-18 Martin of my dreams and this one has to go Thanks for stopping by My loss is your definite gain May consider trade for early Guild Electric Hollowbody
