Very reluctantly for sale is my vintage, Made In Japan, 1979 Greco EG600 Les Paul CustomAs you'd expect of a guitar of this age it has its fair share of bumps and knocks but nothing that affects its playability. I've tried to show them as best I can but its quite hard with the guitar being black and reflections etc from lighting/the camera flash. There is some light fret wear across several frets (mainly on the G, B and E strings) but this could be easily rectified by someone who knows what they're doing. The guitar is all original except for the pickups. These were changed to Gibson pickups by the previous owner though I have never had them out to check what type/model of Gibson pickup they are. I also have the original pickups. According to my research on these guitars, they were fitted with Maxon pickups but I can't find any obvious markings other than the numbers stamped on the base of each pickup. I have also changed the Volume and Tone knobs but the originals are included. I removed the scratch plate from the guitar as I prefer them without it but I will include this with the sale if I can find it.Comes with a slightly tatty but perfectly functional Gibson USA case as pictured. The guitar itself weighs just under 8.2lbs, according to my bathroom scales. To measure this I stood on the scales myself and noted down my weight, then stood on the scales again holding the guitar then worked out the difference. It plays great and sounds even better but needs must and this has to be moved on unfortunately. If anyone has any questions please feel free to drop me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. The winning bidder is to make contact within 48 hours of the end of the auction otherwise the item will be re-listed and the appropriate feedback left.If payment is received before 5pm the item will be posted the same day. For larger items, such as guitars, they will be dispatched the next working day though I will make every effort to dispatch on the same day that payment is received.Postage will be by Parcelforce and the item will be well packaged and safe in transit. I'm including this free-of-charge with the sale.Check out my other items for sale.Happy bidding and good luck!
