Normal wear and few scratches but hardly noticeable. I have only used this instrument for 3 years. But each year I always take it to my local music shop to get it cleaned and tuned up. I will include everything that came with the instrument except for a mouthpiece. Everything includes: 2 necks, cork grease, mouthpiece cover, reeds, instrument body, brush cleaners, soft wipe pad. I am also including some free reeds that are brand new and haven't been used yet. This is a semi-professional instrument in which it is excellent for students or people who want to try to advance their skills.
