This horn is in excellent condition. I just had it professionally cleaned. The valves are tight and fast, and all the slides pull smoothly. Plays wonderfully. The pictures pretty much tell the story- it is a beautiful horn. Perfect entry level pro horn. Comes with the factory case and a Farkas mouthpiece.I will also mention that I sold a different Holton Merker H183 a few weeks ago. This listing is the nicer of the two.
