Description Product Description Here's a very cool Gibson Nick Lucas signature Limited Edition. This one definitely has "the vibe" with its old school sunburst finish, striped pickguard, distinctive fretboard inlays, and extra deep body. This one is a cannon. If you think small body guitars can't project, you need to hear this one! A great overall acoustic that handles strumming and fingerpicking with ease. It definitely has that Gibson signature sound, but the unique design gives it a different sound than a J45 or other popular model. Condition is nice overall, with normal handling and play wear. It looks like there are a few small repaired cracks, and there has definitely been some repair around the neck joint (see pics). I'm not sure if the striped pickguard is stock or if it was added afterward. There is some finish separation around the guard, but it is stable. That said, the guitar plays and sounds great. Action is mildly high and could easily be lowered - plenty of saddle height. I left it alone because I didn't want to mess with the excellent tone. Looks like a strap button has been added. Very nice figured flamed maple on the back and sides. This was difficult to capture in the pics - it was a cloudy day! Includes a non-original hardshell case. It doesn't fit the guitar exactly - it is slightly larger - but it works fine.
