The neck pickup is a bit slimmer than a standard humbucker, and the bridge pickup is a bit fatter. The result is an increased tonal spectrum in the bridge with a tighter low end in the neck and more articulate highs throughout. A mini-toggle coil tap for each of these unique pickups provides sparkling, vocal like tone. And you won't get any volume loss when switching between full humbucking and coil tapped, so you can use it mid-song without any problems. PRS Phase III locking tuners and the PRS Tremolo bridge ensure tuning stability no matter what.
