Kimball owned Bösendorfer at the time this piano was manufactured and it has the same plate design as the Bösendorfer. The good news about this piano is that it is in phenomenal condition and has barely been played. The furniture is also in outstanding condition and looks gorgeous. Kimball was one of the biggest American piano companies in the latter part of the 20th century. They made pianos on all levels much as Yamaha and Kawai do today. The Viennese Editions were the top of the line pianos. So, this piano plays as nice as it looks - a real treasure!
