This is a Finnish Kouvoula Maestro 5-row button professional accordion manufactured between 1959 and 1965 by Harmonikka Oy, Kouvoula, Finland (Kouvolan harmonikkatehdas). This chromatic button accordion, Harmonikka Kouvola Maestro, was a well-known model being the second most sold by the factory (the first was the Cassotto model). FEATURES: 4/5 sets of reeds LMMH, C Finnish System. 120 Bass buttons, 4 bass registers/voices 82 Treble buttons in 5 rows, 11 treble registers/voices Dimensions: 7.8 inch (19.3 cm) x 19 inch (48 cm) x 15.2 inch (39 cm). Weight (only accordion): 22 lbs (10 kg)It has mic pickup installed on the grill but I cannot tell if it works as I don't have where to connect it to. CONDITION: This accordion was owned for over 50 years by a professional accordion player who sold it to me last year as it became heavy and hard for him to play. I cleaned it, fixed a few details, learned how to play it, been playing for over a year and now it's becoming heavy for me too. It is in very good used condition, with signs of age and wear like slight scratches and marks here and there, some buttons show marks and need to be leveled, straps show wear (the original owner covered the upper part of the shoulder straps with fabric to make them more comfortable), the back pad has a scratch and the carrying case has a dent and scratches. Please see pictures in detail. None of these details affect its playability. The accordion is in tune and very single button works (with exception of the ones that are fixed at the ends of the treble keyboard and are not supposed to be played). You can listen to it and watch it in Youtube It is SOLD AS IS. No returns accepted. Please see pictures and video in detail and read this description carefully. If you would like to see more pictures or have any questions, please let me know. HABLO ESPAÑOL, puedo describir el acordeón y contestar cualquier duda o pregunta. I do know about accordions, I play them, I clean them, fix them, recondition them, open them up, check their reeds, take pictures and video and describe them thoroughly pointing out every single detail so you can rest assure that my description is accurate and a faithful one. You can bid with confidence knowing that you are going to get exactly what I'm describing. There are hundreds of accordions listed on ebay, very few sellers, like me, play them and post videos. We don't only say that the accordion works and is in tune, we show it in a video. You can listen to the video and verify the description by yourself. Why don't I accept returns? Because accordions are made up of hundreds of parts that can be easily swapped out, and there have been cases with dishonest buyers who purchase them, swap parts, and then return them. SHIPPING AND HANDLING I ship to the continental US and worldwide with exemptions. If your country is not in the list that means I cannot ship it. US territories and all other countries please ask for shipping cost BEFORE BUYING OR BIDING. Shipping cost includes the cost of insurance and handling.International Buyers please ask for shipping cost to your country before biding. - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
