American Special Tele, in excellent condition. If you get it at just the right angle, with a bright light, you can just barely see any hint of pick swirl or any other marks. Seriously great shape. Minimal fret wear. Completely stock, no mods at all.
Maple fingerboard, modern C neck with satin finish. 9.5" radius, jumbo frets. I never could get used to "vintage" frets, they're way too small for me. These are great for bending, and make for a slightly more Gibson-y feel.
This guitar comes with the factory-correct Texas Special pickups. These are a little hotter than Custom Shop or standard Tele pickups, a little less zing on the top end and a little more mid presence. They will overdrive an amp more easily than Fender's other Tele pickups. I think they're Fender's best sounding model.
This has been mostly a living room guitar, and I used it on maybe a dozen shows. If you want a white American Special, this one is a great choice. It's ready for all your outlaw country, bluesy, jangly rock needs. Comes with factory correct gig bag and all case candy, as shown.
Ignore the shipping cost calculator. It never seems to give an accurate price. We'll figure out the shipping cost when you buy it, and it won't be padded with "handling" fees. Or come pick it up in Vegas, if you like. Also, although this listing says no returns, I do want you to be happy. So if this guitar is not exactly as described (I mean, it absolutely is), don't worry. We'll sort it out. Thanks for looking.
