What’s special about this guitar: This is an awesome sounding vintage Harmony rocket with great playability! This guitar features two original gold foil pickups, a vibrato tailpiece, hollow body design and on top of all of that, it is super clean for its age!Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age! There are various minor surface scratches and small nicks, dings, dents and chips throughout the instrument. The tailpiece screw holes were filled in and re-drilled as the original holes were stripped. The tailpiece now stays in place perfectly. The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with only very light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.Body: Double-bound hollow body with maple top, back and sides in sunburst finish. Chrome vibrato tailpiece with a height-adjustable rosewood bridge. Original trem arm is missing. Dual f-holes, plastic control knobs and a white pickguard with the Harmony logo. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 4 oz.
Neck: Super comfortable and well-rounded maple neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dot inlays and a 1 ¾” nut. Three-on-a-strip tuners with ivoroid buttons, 24 ¼” scale length.Pickups/Electronics: Original gold foil single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.Neck: 9.39K Ohms.Bridge: 9.86K Ohms.Case: Includes a vintage chipboard case.
