This MPC 5000 is in overall good condition and working well. It has been updated to version 2.0 of the operating system and upgraded to 192 MB RAM. It does have a small issue with the Rec Gain knob, which is loose and has a short. When playing external audio into the inputs, you sometimes have to hold the knob in place to prevent the audio from cutting in and out. This is likely a simple fix. It does not affect the audio being produced by the MPC itself, it just presents an issue when sampling from the audio inputs. All other functions of the unit are great. Pads, buttons, data wheel, Q-Link knobs are all responsive and functional. Screen in perfect working condition and free of scratches. Audio great out of all outputs (and all inputs when the knob isn't acting up). CD drive working fine. The master volume knob has some wobble to it but works perfectly. Does not include original packaging, but will ship double boxed and wrapped well with its power supply. Please review my seller feedback and buy with confidence.
