** Please note ** THE SNARE DRUM STAND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE.1950s Slingerland Radio King outfit in the original White Marine Pearl finish featuring a 14x24, 16x16, 9x13, and 5.5x14 snare. These drums are in great original condition! All of the drums have 100% original hardware with no modifications and in addition, all of the drums have calf heads. The bass drum and toms still retain their original "Radio King" stamped original heads! 14x24 : Excellent condition with a very clean shell, including clean interiors, super clean bearing edges, original heads (the resonant side has plenty of life left) and original hardware. The original beavertail lugs show many signs of use and age. There are a hand full of fractures and cracks on the lugs, however they all still hold tension very well and the drum is completely playable. There are no extra holes or modifications. The drum features an original Radio King internal bass drum muffler and a single tom "Lock Quick" mount which attaches to the 9x13 tom. The circular teeth on the Lock Quick mount are facing inward on the "L" mount on the tom, which means they do no perfectly lock into quick release portion of the assembly. The drum may still be set up (as seen in photos) however the mount isn't extremely strong, so the recommendation would be to mount the 13" tom in a snare basket. The hoops are in great condition. The previous owner tapped off the hoop in certain areas where mounts would be attached. The drum includes the original clip on bass drum spurs. There might be signs of minor fractures in the wrap, however no major areas stand out. 16x16 : The floor tom is in excellent condition! The drum has very minor fractures in the wrap with no major areas to be noted. The drum features no extra holes or other modifications. This is an original basket / cradle mounted floor tom! Interiors are super clean with nice bearing edges, original heads and nice hardware including an engraved top hoop. Much like the bass drum, some of the beavertail lugs may show signs of fractures, however all hold tension and tune up well! 9x13 : The tom is in good condition. Original finish with no modifications or extra holes. The interiors are very clean, along with clean bearing edges, original heads and all original hardware. One of the panels on the drum shows significant checking in the finish. This is the area closest to the bass drum, so it isn't the most exposed side of the tom when the kit is set up. Like the previous two drums, the beavertail lugs show signs of fractures and cracks, however all hold tension and tune up! 5.5x14 : The Radio King snare drum is simply in outstanding condition! All of the hardware is original and VERY clean! The drum is free of any modifications or extra holes and sports calf heads! The drum still has the original snare strands including the factory original metal straps. The interiors are no exception to the condition of the drum. They are very clean and so are the bearing edges.
