The body is maple for bright tone. The maple neck features an ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlays. Dual M22 humbuckers are hooked to a 3-way position switch as well as coil splitters and a phase switch. It even comes factory wired for stereo operation! A Schaller fine tune bridge and tailpiece teams with Schaller tuners for rock solid performance. A classic natural finish makes this one look great. Like most Carvins, this one plays and sounds good. The neck is straight and the action is low. The electronics are versatile and work fine. It shows some signs of wear, but in a very good condition for an over 35 years old. The frets and fingerboard are in good condition. The rest of the finish is clean showing very light playwear, indents, and scratches. Light corrosion on the hardware.
