This is a New York Meyer Bari sax mouthpiece, 60's slim body model NY and its an all original 6M medium chamber, no work done whatsoever.  It's in great shape. Some light discolouration towards the shank but not really noticeable. Some small scratches here and there but no serious wear at all. Tip, table and rails look great. Step baffle looks pristine too.  Its an insanely good playing piece. I'm really not much of a bari player, so I got my good friend to give it a blow who is a seriously good bari player, and it sounded amazing. He's played the same piece for a very long time and he's tried many other pieces but he said that this piece really outplays all of the other pieces he's tried, and he said it even outplays his current piece in some ways. Its very versatile, he got a great mulligan-esque (softer) sound out of it but could also get that classic rip-roaring bari sound going on too. Low end is especially punchy and palms and altissimo really sings too. Overall, it played amazingly well for me and sounded even better when listening to someone else demonstrate it.  HAPPY BIDDING!
