2015 Martin D-45 StandardYou are bidding on a new and unplayed Martin D-45 Standard acoustic guitar. This guitar was purchased from a Martin dealer and shipped in the original Martin shipping box. Opened, inspected, and kept in its case in a temperature-controlled environment for the duration. Never even tuned. It is pristine! Beautiful Sitka Spruce top covers the rich East Indian Rosewood back and sides. Intricate and beautiful abalone bindings wrap every edge of this magnificent guitar. The purchaser of this guitar will be the first person to ever paly this wonderful instrument.The flagship of the Martin line, the D-45 Standard is what all other acoustic guitars aspire to be. Probably the most coveted and revered acoustic guitars of all time, the D-45 is a visual masterpiece. Abalone basically everywhere you can imagine and the traditional "C F Martin" headstock inlay. Genuine mahogany neck and gold Martin tuners. Highly polished finish and Martin hardshell case with case candy.Unplayed, never tuned, just admired and cared for. These are selling for around $8,200.
