FULL DESCRIPTION - Gibson Les Paul Supreme in Beautiful "Arctic White" Finish - Approx 4.4kg (9lb 11oz). EXCEPTIONALLY BEAUTIFUL & RARE LES PAUL SUPREME!!! Here is a rare opportunity to own an amazing Gibson Les Paul Supreme. This particular guitar was produced in 2006 which is a great period for this particular model as Gibson where using far superior materials for their instruments back then. As a result, this 2006 Supreme model benefits from having a real 'Ebony' fretboard. New Gibson Les Paul Supreme models currently retail for around £2600 and are produced with 'Richlite' fretboards due to Ebony now being too rare and expensive to source. This beauty plays and sounds as good as you would expect. Pickups are Gibson's 490R and 498T Pickups. She is also packed with heaps of resonance and sustain. A tone monster and true classic. She is a stunning guitar, very ornate with lots of inlays and detail, a true work of art. She is also in great condition for her age. There are some signs of play/age related wear, such as some tarnishing and fading to the gold hardwear (heavy tarnishing / fading to pickup covers isn't very clear in pics) and also some surface marks from light playing (see pics). But as the pictures show, overall, she is in great condition. A beautiful high-end instrument, from a classic Gibson period, when they used far superior materials to those used by Gibson today. A great investment that can be enjoyed. Included in the sale is the original hard case - fully functional and in excellent condition, with the combination lock still not set!
