Eko Florentine 360/2VThis is a striking looking guitar finished in quite a rare colour and made in Italyduring the early sixties. The model was generally known as "Florentine" and the specific modelwith double cutaway was 360; and the 2V stood for the fact that it had two pickups and a tremolotailpiece. The white pickups are typical Eko pickups with two volume and two tone controlsplus an unusual four-way pickup selector switch. The body is finished in dark red with black edging known as "redburst", and is fully bound - the scratchplate is an amazing design in red and white. The bridge with a wooden baseis fully adjustable, and the very unusual tremolo tailpiece is complete and working. The maple neck is bolted on and there is a twenty-one fret rosewood fingerboard. Theheadstock is a nice shape, black fronted but missing the Eko logo. It has the three on a sidecovered Van Ghent tuners which are very sought after! This is a stunning guitar, which has been professionally checked and serviced and is fullyworking and useable. A very rare and hard to find guitar!!
