Description Product Description This OM-28 Authentic 1931 is the real deal. There are three big standout features that make this guitar sound so exceptionally rich and broken in. The bracing pattern is the same as what you'd find on a real 1931 OM-28. The dovetail neck joint does incredible things to the sustain and makes for a stable neck that isn't going to give you any trouble. Lastly, the top and braces have been treated with Martin's new Vintage Tone System. This is a torrefaction system (fancy term for advanced wood baking process) that makes the wood think it's nearly 100 years old, but without compromising strength or durability. You'll really notice it in the sensitivity of the response. At extremely low volumes, the guitar still picks up everything your fingers do, something I'm used to feeling only on very old guitars.
