Here is a used Yamaha YTS 62 purple label tenor sax S/N 0845XX. Just back from the tech with a complete overhaul (chem clean, level tone holes and kangaroo black pads). De leaked and ready to play out of the box. Original case with various scuffs still serviceable. The chem clean removed the "purple label". No major dents, a few dings here and there. A couple of re solders. Very spotty lacquer. Remaining lacquer is about 70%. Via Yamaha the S/N most likely indicates 70s vintage. It is a great playing and sounding horn with even tuning throughout. It has the MOJO! This is a 40+ year old horn. Please do not expect a pristine 62. Even with the current overhaul, you may want your tech to adjust action to your personal requirements and check it for leaks. Includes the Hercules sax stand with clarinet peg. No returns. My choice, shipping to lower 48 only.
