Description Product Description This 2015 PRS DGT features a honey finish on a flame maple top. Tone-wise, the mahogany body creates a guitar with superbly rich lows and mids and a clean and smooth high end. The DGT neck profile falls somewhere between a PRS Pattern and Pattern Regular. Blending the two most popular PRS neck profiles, it's very comfortable and smooth, sure to please players from all backgrounds. Other features include bird inlays, a PRS Tremolo Bridge and Phase III Locking Tuners with faux bone buttons. The electronics and wiring on this guitar are unique. The DGT Humbuckers have slightly lower output pickup than a traditional PRS humbucker, which is perfect for anyone who favors a sweeter, more vintage sound. The pickups are very responsive and have a wonderful vocal quality to them. As far as controls go, there are 2 volume knobs and a master tone knob, and the volume knobs are switched from their traditional placement. The order, from knob closest to the bridge pickup to the 3 way switch, is bridge volume, neck volume, master tone, 3 way switch. This gives you the perfect access for volume swells while playing with the bridge pickup. It also has the added benefit of letting you dial in separate amounts of each pickup while using both of them at the same time. The tone knob is a push/pull coil tap, which provides even more sonic options. You will have no shortage of tonal exploration with this setup and you're sure to stumble onto some sounds you haven't gotten out of a PRS before.
