1974 Vintage Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar W/Case Natural; Maple Neck!

This auction is for a nice early 1974 Vintage Stratocaster in Natural finish. It features all original electronics, including the exceptionally sounding "staggered" polepiece pickups found on these up to mid 1974, early 1975. It has the original 3-way switch, pickguard, pots, neck, backplate, knobs, etc. It had grovers on it when I purchased it years ago in a local pawnshop but the originals were in the case & have been put back on. The neck is straight, frets are in good shape with lots of wear left. This guitar was obviously a regular player, and features the usual nicks, finish wear, weather-checking, etc., from a well-played guitar of this vintage. There are no routes or other modifications on the body or neck. The trem bar is a newer replacement.
The guitar sounds and playsincredibly, with the same famous Stevie Ray Vaughn, Hendrix, Clapton Fender Strat tones as found on 60's & early 70's Strats before they changed to the "flat-pole" pickups.
The guitar is light for the era, weighing in at only 7.5 lbs. on my bathroom scale. Not sure if the case is Fender, but is a hardshell case from the period, with no Fender logo.
This is a great, no-nonsense Vintage Stratocaster that should provide years of enjoyment. I just recently bought a 1973 of the same vintage and finish, so the wife says something has to go.....I will be uploading a video to YouTube of how the guitar sounds as soon as I get a chance-If there are any questions at all, feel free to ask.
