The Alesis Q20, the best multi-effects units of all time!
Here is a unique chance to acquire a very rare Q20 loaded with E.F.T.P. programs, N.O.P. and VOX LONG TOM patches, and Echotapper Jpatches.
This Alesis Q20 is in very good overall condition with a clear bright LCD display. All control knobs are working properly with a nice smooth action.A new removable lithium battery is installed. It will lasts at least 10 years...The well known input capacitors have been removed, for a brighter sound with guitar.The Q20 includes an internal universal power supply which is compatible with any line voltage from 90-265 VAC, 50-60 Hz.The Q20 is essentially a Q2 fitted with 20-bit converters, but it's also been improved in other areas, which makes it possible to obtain the patches even more faithful to the original '60 sound of Hank Marvin.
Hardware and Software Configuration:There are 100 PRESET PROGRAMS that contain Alesis best guitar effects (Reverb, Chorus, Echo, Flanger, Phaser, Lezlie, Pitch Shiffer, etc.)USER BANK 0: THE SHADOWS NUMBERS: There are 79 E.F.T.P. programs -E.F.T.P. (Echoes From The Past) is a licenced software package, and the sale of this Alesis Q20 will include the latest version of E.F.T.P. (Echoes From The Past). Many will also know that E.F.T.P. (Echoes From The Past), was written by Charlie Hall for Hank Marvin of the Shadows who used an Alesis Q20. These echoes faithfully reproduce echoes that Hank Marvin obtained with early echo boxes such as the Meazzi and Binson. There are still 13 N.O.P. patches and 8 VOX LONG TOM patches, and so a total of 100 patches, for the faithful play of all songs played by Hank Marvin.
The USER 1 memory banks contain 100 Echotapper Jpatches. The Alesis Jpatch is a DSP version of the vintage tape and disc-echoes like those that were used by Hank Marvin, David Gilmour, and others in the past and developed, programmed and tested by Jacob Heijer and Piet Verbruggen in the Netherlands.
