Serious Collector alert! 1999 Gibson Les Paul Custom R7 Black Beauty 3 PU Historic Series These don't come up very often especially in this condition. The guitar is an absolutely stunning VOS original Custom Shop Black Beauty Historic Reissue all Mahogany.
This discontinued version features beautiful all Mahogany body with real ebony board.
Features 3 powerful '57 Classics and a Bigsby all original. Everything is factory original.
This featurs a nice full '57 neck and this baby sustains for days!!
Weighs in at 10 lbs 13 oz No issues to speak of whatsoever guitar binding starting to yellow from being nearly 20 years old and the gold has naturally started to subtly tarnish but it looks super cool.
No breaks ever, no repairs ever. This guitar sounds massive in every which way and is a tone beast! Super resonant with big tight lows, great upper mid honk and really sweet highs. Includes the Original Gibson Historic Case that has quite a bit of wear from previous owener but all latches work and it is the original case.
