I've finally decided to let go of this violin, because this fine instrument deserves to be played and I've been playing only on acoustic violin.It is in impeccable (near mint) condition, having been played only once in concert and occasionally at home, in clean, smoke free environment.5-String NS (Ned Steinberg) Design CR5, flagship series of the brand (better than NXT and WAV series) with active electronics, headphones output, solid maple wood and made in Europe. The sound is just great, with volume, treble and bass controls and a 3-way Switch for the pickup system (the innovative Polar™ Pickup System): sustained pizzicato (amazing sound!), full frequency and acoustic timbre.The shoulder rest shows normal signs of wear where it fits into the violin (check picture).One of the cables in the battery connecter got loose once and I had to solder it back.Also, if you are very, very picky you might notice a tiny imperfection in the wood around the 3-way Switch. It was just like that when I purchased it new and I didn't mind. It is wood after all!Case is included.Feel free to contact for more information!
