Joe Veillette is a true innovator and has been involved with developing unique stringed instruments for his entire career. Here he combines a standard 6 String Guitar with his Gryphon High D-Tuned 12 String in a double neck configuration that makes great sense for the gigging musician. Imagine playing verses as normal guitar and switching to the sweet jangle of the Gryphon for the Chorus. This Veillette Double Neck makes it possible to draw upon a variety of colors and really enhance any group setting. The Guitar is 25.4" Scale and the Gryphon is 18.5" Scale. There is an almost invisible 1/4" mark in the clear coat on one side of the body. I managed to catch the sunlight just right in order to capture it .
