International shipping available through the eBay Global Shipping Program.This Ludwig 14x5 Black Beauty brass snare drum sports an incredible Ludwig floral pattern engraving job by the master, John Aldridge. It is signed by John inside the shell. My research leads me to believe it's a 1994. Heads spin freely, BR stamped behind the throwoff. This drum was played and isn't mint, but signs of wear are pretty minor for a 22 year old drum. I grade very conservatively and would call this one a strong 7.5 of 10. There are a few very small areas of chrome plating loss, mostly on the bottom hoop (pictured). Some lugs show average pitting while some show very little. 9 of the Imperial casings are original and have the rubber inserts instead of springs. There are a few very minor spots where the clear lacquer shows wear. Original P85 works perfectly and wires are original.The drum has been completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled, has good heads and is ready to play tonight. I will include a Tuxedo soft bag.
