Alejandro Cervantes is a second generation luthier who is building incredible guitars from student level to concert instruments. Here is his Rodriguez Concert model which is a copy of the great Spanish builder Miguel Rodriguez's guitar. This guitar has a great big bold Spanish sound just like the original. It plays great with large jumbo frets and has a 12 hole tie block and is all solid wood. This guitar bridges the gap between the PE series, which uses palo escrito back and sides and the Master series which are hand built by Alejandro. The Indian rosewood is slightly heavier than the PE model and also has better projection due to the heavier wood. This guitar is fan braced and has that old world Spanish sound.
