Up for auction is a 19 (serial number 752105) Olds Recording Model Trumpet. This instrument is in very good condition and plays very well. The valves move well and the slides all move as well. This horn in also equipped with a Third slide trigger that works well. As for the aesthetic condition of the horn, there are some small dings, and there is some periodic and minor etching as well. All this is visible in the pictures, and none of it affects the playability of the horn. This instrument has had the old lacquer removed for aesthetic reasons, as well as to improve the tone. Therefore, this instrument is pure metal, and may have to be polished every few months, if played often. The fingerprints should also be wiped off after playing. This trumpet comes with a mouthpiece in good condition. It also comes with a new gig bag in new condition.
