Up for auction is my Gibson Faded Flying V. This guitar plays and sounds as good as it looks! I've had a ton of upgrades done to it. Pretty much everything has been replaced except the body itself. It has some road wear on it. Various dings and some belt buckle rash, but it is solid as a rock. I've tried to picture the noticeable ones. No breaks ever. Pickups have a little corrosion on them (they are bare nickel), but nothing that couldn't be cleaned up. Here is a list of things done to it: Chrome Grover tuners added. Porter Pickups classic handwound nickel humbuckers with Alnico V magnets installed. Custom built wiring harness with CTS pots, switchcraft input and pickup selectors. Lux reissue cap. Tone-Pros locking nickel bridge and tailpiece. WD custom pickguard. Schaller strap locks. This is a really great guitar and I hope it goes to a good home.
