A set neck with an ebony fretboard for fantastic playability and sustain, a solid mahogany body with a maple top for extra bite, and a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers to capture everything from full-on aggression to dialed-back nuances. This guitar is a looker too, with an out-of-this-world body shape, elegant body binding and fretboard inlays, and chrome hardware with a mirrored pickguard and tailpiece.This guitaris waiting for a home in consumer hands! It is lightly stamped "S" on the back of the headstock. This designates the guitar as a factory blemish instrument with a minor cosmetic imperfection. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has some faint finish scratches on the body which are visible only when caught under bright lighting at the right angle. There are two tiny scratches between the pickups which are much easier to see, and which I have included a close-up photo of. The Ibanez-authorized refurbisher has done an expert repair to smooth and seal some damage to the finish clearcoat on the side of the body near the strap button. This was done very nicely and is truly smooth to the touch. This ensures there will not be any issue in the future. I have included two close-up photos. Lastly, there is a light scuff on the rear edge of the headstock tip and there is some finish on the rear of the headstock which has not been buffed to quite as smooth a sheen as the rest (though this is difficult to see). Aside from what I have described, this guitar is in flawless condition.This guitar has an excellent neck and plays very nicely across all frets. It has received a professional setup and is ready to rock! Rocking its pair of Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups, this unique axe truly has the tone and guts to back up its exotic points and curves.
