1969 Guild Starfire II Bass guitar professionally restored to its original factory color and condition. Fresh off a $2500 restoration, this iconic bass was made famous by some of the most electrifying rock bands of the 60's & 70's. The 1969 Starfire II is very rare and even more rare to have one with all the original hardware including the twin Bi-Sonic pick ups. You will be hard pressed to fine a Starfire II in such pristine condition. This is probably one of the finest examples to hit the market in years. This is a two owner guitar that has set virtually unplayed for over 3 decades. It has the original nut and frets and the fretboard looks nearly brand new. This one was restored to be played. While it does come with the original wiring harness and components, the enter circuit has been replaced with Emerson Pro Potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors, all wired with shielded cable to original factory specs. It is rock solid and reliable...it sounds amazing and is ready for the studio or stage with it's stunning appearance.It comes with the original hardshell case.
