Description:
Focusrites Clarett 8PreX features eight of newly engineered pre-amps that are modelled around the ISA series of hardware. These along with professional class converters provide a clear audio path for all types of recording, including condenser microphones that require phantom power. An LED metering section shows the input levels and master output levels, reducing the risk of clipping in the recording process.
The Focusrite Clarett 8Pre has plenty of connectivity at the rear of the unit with a further 18 inputs coming from ADAT and SP/DIF digital connections. This is reciprocated with digital outputs plus you get eight balanced TRS outputs making this an audio hub worthy of any busy recording studio.The flagship 26 in / 28 out interface has been designed with the permanent racked studio install in mind, featuring extended ADAT i/o, and separate rear panel inputs for mic and line, as well as dedicated phantom power, phase reverse and high pass filters on every channel.
