about 587mm total length, body lenght 354mm, ribs hight: 30mm, lower bout: 205mm, center bout 112,5mm, upper bout 161mmweight (chinrest included) 431grams
- all solid quality tonewoods: x-tra fine grained quality spruce top, intense flamed maple onepiece back and ribs, HOPF brandmarked body with 4x cornerblocks, high arched body
flamed wide maple neck (wide at nut 26mm), accurate & deep cut snail
original ebony nut & ebony saddle, 2pc fingerboard, mixed pegs (one probably original) boxwood endpin, ebony chinrestebony tailpiece, 1 baroque finetuner
maple bridge The violin is fully playable and was set up with a new bridge
Except a fine annd well glued hairline crack beside the right F-hole, there are no cracks or other damages on this fine fiddle.
The original shellac varnish is showing anice patina and normal characteristical signs of the time
