In 1994 Fender celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Stratocaster by issuing some limited edition models, in honour of this landmark occasion they also issued a run of 600 ‘1994 Special Edition’ Telecasters. This is one of those guitars - essentially a Custom Shop standard guitar with a uniquely engraved neck plate. The guitar is in fantastic condition, the neck has a very comfortable feel to it, with great low action, making it a very easy guitar to play. Tonally it's everything you'd want from such an iconic guitar - hugely versatile. It comes in it’s original Fender embossed hard case.
