This Holton Farcas H179 Double French Horn with Serial # 532766 has received an OVERHAUL and is in great playing condition.
Our repair shop removed the old lacquer, unsoldered all the branches, brace flanges and crooks, cleaned, sterilized, removed all the dents, buffed all the parts, assembled with new necessary parts and guard moldings, buffed to a mirror finish, degreased to remove contaminants from buffing compounds and lacquered with an oven back epoxy. The horn plays and responds very well. The rotor valves and tuning slides all work well with smooth action.
The nickel finish is in excellent condition. A new case and new Holton MDC mouthpiece will be included. Please email me with any questions you may have about this item for sale.
