This is a veritable time capsule......A 1986 model year, 325 "Beatlebacker" in incredible condition....a couple minor chips are the only imperfections..... This guitar hasn't seen much action, and has one of the sweetest laser straight necks I've ever seen on a 325, no joke. Extremely low action all the way up the octave, clean crisp tones as expected, with plenty of room to adjust the strings higher if you like heavier strings or heavier action....Really nice neck....strung now with stainless .009 to .046, and TONS of fun! (I play blues on it with my Boss e-Band system.....fabulous player). This model is the same one that John Lennon was given by Rickenbacker for the 1964 Christmas concerts while his black 325 was being worked on.....And if you look carefully, you'll note that it has the same F-Hole as John's as well.....the rare "2-O'Clock" configuration. The original case is in excellent condition and has form-fitting foam for zero movement, the original vintage polishing cloth and papers are also there (including the 1986 fold-out catalog!), as well as the keys and adjustment wrenches. I LOVE this 325, and it has not left my living room since I took possession....Clean and fresh like a "closet-queen" classic. I don't think my asking price is high on this one, but if you want, make me a serious offer to consider. I need to move some of my collection. Paypal.....
