Featuring a dark raw copper finish that makes every one unique.The Copper Phonic is the newest addition to the Ludwig USA snare drum family. Featuring a 1.2mm copper shell that is lightly lacquered and has a raw patina finish, the Copper Phonic sports the warmest sound from any of the metal snare drums from Ludwig USA. The triple-flanged hoops combine with the shell to provide a dark sound profile, complete with a rich array of overtones. Made to the same standards and attention to details as their Supraphonic, Black Beauty, and other USA snare drums, the Copper Phonic is sure to become a mainstay in anyone's snare drum lineup. The LC661 is a 5"x14" drum that comes standard with Imperial lugs, the P85 throw-off, and Supraphonic snares.
