Vintage Burny Michael Schenker model Flying V, made in Japan in the mid 80s. Gotoh VH1 pickup in the bridge and another Gotoh in the neck (not sure what model). The guitar is in excellent shape and plays very well. The case is solid but a little wobbly, not surprising for one this old, but it will protect the guitar for many years to come.
