Estimated price for orientation: 3 650 $

Description Body Type: Solid Model: Jazz Bass Country/Region of Manufacture: United States Brand: Fender String Configuration: 4 String Dexterity: Right-Handed
This is a very nice 1971 Fender Jazz Bass in rare blonde finish! A very nicely balanced vintage jazz bass at only 8.9 lbs (weighed without covers). The original blonde finish has a very nice aged patina and has some scratches, dings, and finish checking but overall it's in good shape for its age (please see pictures). The frets are in good shape and all pickups and controls work perfectly. Action is good and the bass plays cleanly up and down the neck. The deep body contours on this bass feel so very nice! Bass looks to be all original except for the pickguard and thumb rest. The pickups and all hardware look to be original and 2 of the 3 pots date to the 16th week of 1971 (the third I can't read clearly but looks period correct). It looks like someone did install a different bridge at one point but the bridge that is on it now does look to be the original. The body has a '70 stamp and the neck plate also dates to 1971. It comes with the case the pickup covers. This is just a great feeling, playing and sounding bass! Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
