Made back in 2009 at Gibson's Custom Shop VOS R7 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top Model (1957 model)
CHEAPEST GTOP CUSTOM SHOP ON EBAYGuitar has been played but not gigged and is in overall tidy condition with only faint play wear (strum marks on scratch plate ,body etc) on the top and some small marks on the back of the body. The back has no buckle rash and is clean only with a few odd marks in lacquer pictured. Belonged to me and I have played with many fine bands in my time (Oasis,Paul Weller,Dr John Mother Earth Roger Daltrey,John Martyn, more recently on Bill Fay's last two major albums..). I have played this guitar equally unplugged as it is a very resonant example that stood out from other models. A particularly good R7. Some can be quite dead sounding but not this one. Nice neck, great humbucking pick ups ,probably Burst Buckesr I think for this year..It has been played only at home and with much care, always returning to its case afterward. You will see all papers present as well. These are the top of the tree for Les Pauls as you probably know and hold value very well....oh and they play and sound roaring to go...guitar weighs approx 8.5lbs on scales here, not too heavy not too light, nice average les paul weight to me...will part ex for a 64 american vintage fender usa tele plus £1100 on top or will accept reasonable offers. It will be posted european union or inland only... I will get final insured costing afterward.  I use the best couriers and the most reasonably priced as well  - so I am guessing inland will be around £30 to £40 insured  to post ,maybe possibly  less .Item will be safely packed in a Gibson carton. I've sent many instruments safely this way. These guitars are collectable but of course playable (which I'm sure is why they built them?) so you'll really be getting something special and of high end quality built in USA.Ask any questions before bidding please and best wishes.
