This is a vintage model of Paolo Soprani accordion /accordian / accordéon / acordeón / akkordion / sanfona / lira . Made in Italy about 60 yrs. ago. It has on the back of the treble side a line of holes which allows it to produce a mellow rich sound. The bass section also has extra openings on the back to produce this special sound effect.  It features 4 hand-made treble reeds and 5 hand-made bass reeds. Tuning is LMMH. 120 Bass buttons, 3 registers/voices. 41 Keys,  keyboard with an excellent action. 11 treble registers/voices: Flauto, Violino, Violoncello, Celeste, Concertina, Mastro, Saxofono, Fagotto, Organo, Clarinete y Contralto. CONDITION:It shows its age and wear. A few treble keys have slight hairline cracks, the white became yellowish, bass strap has some wear, the wax in a couple of reeds was retouched. A few bass buttons show wear. It is 100% functional and every single key and button plays, in tune, although the highest A treble note might need a slight fine tuning with the double clarinet (Celeste) voice.  You can see it and listen to its beautiful sound in Youtube: It comes with brand new leather shoulder straps. The case is original, very old and somewhat deformed but serves as protection while carrying it. I might be able to replace this old case for another one in better condition but only if shipped to the US and Europe as the USPS Priority International service allows bigger parcels to these destinations. It is SOLD AS IS. No returns accepted. Please see pictures and video in detail and read this description carefully. HABLO ESPAÑOL, puedo describir el acordeón y contestar cualquier duda o pregunta.  I do know about accordions, I play them, I clean them, fix them, recondition them, open them up, check their reeds, take pictures and video and describe them thoroughly pointing out every single detail so you can rest assure that my description is accurate and a faithful one. You can bid with confidence knowing that you are going to get exactly what I'm describing. There are hundreds of accordions listed on ebay, very few sellers, like me, play them and post videos. We don't only say that the accordion works and is in tune, we show it in a video. You can listen to the video and verify the description by yourself.   Why don't I accept returns? Because accordions are made up of hundreds of parts that can be easily swapped out, and there have been cases with dishonest buyers who purchase them, swap parts, and then return them. SHIPPING AND HANDLING Insured shipping to the continental US and Canada is $97.90. I can ship it to Canada from Ontario and you will not pay import taxes. US territories and all other countries please ask for shipping cost BEFORE BUYING OR BIDING. Shipping cost includes the cost of insurance and handling. If shipped to BRAZIL, South America or certain countries overseas it will be shipped WITHOUT the case, in two separate boxes (in one the treble section and straps and the bass section and the bellows in another) by USPS. Please ask for shipping cost to your country.
