In my opinion it could easily be presented as brand new, as it looks, plays and feels like a new guitar.The guitar itself looks and feels very similar to a high end strat, with a few changes to establish itself as the great guitar it is. It plays brilliantly with low action and a great neck. Tuning stability is an issue with all vibrato-loaded guitars, but the Super 60 features several class leading innovations, designed by Trev Wilkinson to ensure a totally trouble-free, smooth, return-to-pitch vibrato operation, unavailable with any other brand. Fitted with Gotoh® locking tuners with height adjustable posts, the Super 60 offers perfect rake for each string. This promotes minimum friction through the ‘Wilkaloid™’ nut, with easy stringing and fast automatic string locking. The Fret-King Super 60 comes loaded with the Wilkinson VS401V vibrato bridge. This twin pivot, hardened steel, wave top plate unit with its stagger-drilled steel block gives unrivalled return to zero performance.
