Up for sale is a 2003 Fender Standard Stratocaster (Made In Mexico) sporting a classic Olympic White body with a Maple Fretboard/Neck and meticulous upgrades. Custom loaded pickguard includes:
+ Fender Custom Shop CS-69 Abby-Initialed, hand wired pickups in the neck and middle positions
+ Seymour Duncan SSL-5 pickup in the bridge position
+ Fender CTS pots, 60's 5-way pickup selector and vintage style waxed cloth wiring
+ Additional 2-way switch that allows you to add the neck pickup in parallel with the middle and bridge pickups as well as all three pickups together in the third, fourth and fifth positions of the main selector. (look up "strat 7-way switch" for more details)I also added Gotoh Vintage-style locking tuners which keep the guitar perfectly in tune when using the whammy bar.Upon installing all of the new components, I had the guitar set up by an expert luthier named Mike Lull who is known for working on many professional musician's instruments in the Seattle area, such as the guitarists from Pearl Jam. Guitar plays beautifully with perfect intonation and low action. Currently wearing Ernie Ball regular slinky cobalt 10-46 strings with about 10 hours of playing time.Guitar also comes with:
+ SKB hardcase
+ original Fender MIM loaded pickguard, standard tuners and backing plate
+ strap with Hennessey strap locks
